Speakeasy
On September 25, 2002, Derrick, from Speakeasy, called to make sure that we were happy with our service that has been connected since September 17, 2002. Since I'm not the account holder, I wasn't able to give much feedback beyond a general yes (I had just read Rob's article moments before he called) other than the few drops in service we experienced. Derrick was very concerned if this was still a problem, and while I don't think it is, I wasn't able to answer for sure without talking to Rob.
Derrick left me his number so that I or Rob could call back to discuss any problems we have and get a tech's assistance on making sure the previous problem is fully resolved. And while I had my typical, cynical response to the speakeasy article on epistolary, I must say that I am impressed with the helpfulness and concern of their staff about making sure we are happy.
