The two seasons in Wisconsin. As soon as the snow starts melting, the bright orange saftey barrels of spring pop up everywhere. The shortest/fastest paths to work or school are detoured or closed. Construction hours on major roadways are 9:00-14:00 and 10:00-24:00. The Wisconsin DOT is considerate enough to clog up the roadways when rush hour is not.
At least during the snowy season, paranoid people cling to the right lane, allowing anyone with confidence in their and their vehicle's ability to handle the elements to cruise on past. And peope wonder why I like winter so much.
