Mount Everest serves up Indian and Nepalese dishes (and American food for picky eaters). I tried the weekend buffet that was only $8.95. The dishes were tasty. The tandoori chicken had more seasoning than I had ever tasted, and it was good. There was a tasty garbanzo bean dish that I will be sure to order next time. The lamb dish had tons of flavors and comes in as my second favorite one. The nan reassembled a crunchy pita bread. The Gulab Jamun dessert was wonderful. I will defiantly return here often.

I have been dining at this place for the past two months. I get warmly greeted by the gentleman that runs the place and I always find the food to be tasty. Last night was the first time I ever went at dinnertime. After asking if there were any new Nepali dishes on the menu, my waitress told me about a new dish that wasn't on the menu. I was never able to fully understand the Nepalese name, but it transfers over to Red Lamb/Chicken/Vegtable. It was wonderful, my new favorite (old favoite was the Chann Masala vegtable dish).

I'm happy to see more Nepali dishes being offered and I look forward to eating something other than generic Indian food.

This is still my favorite place to eat. I moved away and am always trying to figure out when I can fit it in my schedule to go up there again. I miss the people who work there too.
