The Dairy Bakery sells more than 365,000 cream puffs during the 11 days of the State Fair. This signature Fair food favorite will be available for PICK-UP daily during the Fair from 6 am to 8 am.
To pre-order your cream puffs call the State Fair Dairy Bakery, Aug. 1-11, at (414) 266.7111. Deliveries of ten or more dozen cream puffs will be delivered to you within a 30 mile radius of the Park.
The Dairy Bakery is open from 8 am to 11 pm daily OR treat your co-workers to this Fair favorite by utilizing the Cream Puffs to Work program."
